What counts as an “active change order”?

An active change order is any unsigned or unpaid change order in your account. Once a change order is marked as paid, it no longer counts toward your limit.

Can I track retainage with ChaseUp?

Yes! Change Order Pro includes full retainage tracking for progress billing. Set your retainage percentage and we'll track it automatically through each payment cycle.

How does the automated reminder system work?

ChaseUp automatically sends payment reminders to your GCs based on how overdue the invoice is. The tone escalates from friendly (Day 7) to firm (Day 14) to urgent (Day 30+) without you having to do anything.

How does lien deadline tracking work?

We automatically calculate your state's lien filing deadlines and send escalating warnings as deadlines approach. Never miss a filing window again.

What file types can I upload?

You can upload PDFs and images (JPG, PNG) for your change orders and invoices. PDFs are automatically parsed to extract details like invoice numbers, amounts, and dates.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial for the Change Order Pro plan. If you're not satisfied within the trial period, you won't be charged. After that, we offer prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis.
